I am afraid there is even more
information: on learning and teaching.

I have tried to respect all sorts of rights here.
However, some of the materials here have been in my possession for a long time.
Other have come to me through circuitous ways.
So, if you feel something is in here that should not for legal reasons, let me
know and I will do something about it.
